Specimen Volume: 3 mL

Collection Instructions:

1. Invert several times to mix blood.

2. Send specimen in original tube.

Patient Preparation: Patient should not eat, drink, smoke, or chew gum 30 minutes prior to collection.

Identifying individuals taking pazopanib who have an increased risk of elevated alanine aminotransferase (ALT) levels based of the presence of the human leukocyte antigen HLA-B*57:01 allele
